Early-access pilot / version 2026-09-14

Your footage.
Your choice.

How the TableReel pilot works, what the service receives and what stays on your computer.

Who operates the pilot

TableReel is operated by Rafchu Oy, Finland, which is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact hello@tablereel.app about your information or the pilot.

The early-access arrangement

Access is invitation-only. If approved, you can process up to three raw video segments of no more than 60 minutes each. A segment may come from a longer original recording. After a completed segment, you must submit feedback before starting the next new segment. All ratings are accepted; positive feedback is not required.

No payment details or subscription are required for this pilot. Downloads are available only after a platform’s release is marked ready. Software is still being tested and can produce incorrect deal suggestions, captions or edits. Review the output before sharing it and keep your original recordings.

Failed scans can be retried without using another slot. Re-editing and exporting already-unlocked work does not use a new slot. Revoked pilot access prevents future downloads and new scans; it does not delete local projects or revoke the signed permission to edit and export previously unlocked work.

Footage stays local for editing

Deal scanning, transcription and video rendering run on your computer. Selecting a file for the pilot does not upload the original video or audio to this website. The app sends a source fingerprint, file size, source duration and chosen start/end times to authorize a segment. The fingerprint is a SHA-256 value used to identify the same source without sending its contents; your filename and absolute file path are not part of that request.

Internet access is needed for account activation, authorizing a new scan and submitting feedback. Optional caption-model downloads also need internet access. Existing local edits and unlocked exports can remain available offline.

Access requests, accounts and feedback

To manage the pilot, we collect the name, email, computer platform, card focus and any optional channel link or note you provide. If approved, account records also track invitations, sign-in sessions, authorized source segments, processing status, and your submitted feedback.

Required feedback includes an experience rating, assessment of deal suggestions and an estimate of missed deals. Any outcome, timestamps or free-text notes you submit are included with that feedback. Do not include customer names, contact details, payment information or other private information in notes.

These records are used to review access requests, enforce pilot limits, understand editing problems and improve the product. They are not a permission to upload your footage or automatically use it for model training. The owner reviews requests and shares invitations manually; the service does not automatically send an invitation email.

Pending or rejected applications are deleted after 90 days. The original application details of approved testers are deleted after 180 days. Detailed feedback is deleted 180 days after its last submission; we retain a simple acknowledgement with your segment so this does not lock your next slot. Accounts and their segment authorization records are deleted after 365 days without signed-in activity. Administrative audit records are retained for at most 365 days. These limits are enforced by daily cleanup, so deletion can occur up to 24 hours after a period ends. Closing the app or signing out does not itself delete these records.

Why we process this information

We process access requests, account activation, segment authorization and the required pilot feedback to take steps at your request and provide the early-access arrangement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We use technical request information, access controls and limited audit records for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, preventing abuse and investigating product faults (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Optional learning contributions, if introduced, rely on separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)); declining them does not affect pilot access.

Name, email, platform, card focus and acknowledgement of the pilot terms are required to apply. Optional links and notes are not required. We cannot provide an approved account or authorize a new segment without the necessary account and source metadata. Access decisions are reviewed by the operator; deal suggestions do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

Optional learning contributions

Sharing learning examples is separate from required feedback, unchecked by default and never a condition of access. In this pilot version, optional contributions—when enabled—contain only selected correction labels, timestamps and notes. No video or audio upload exists in this version.

Optional contributions are currently disabled unless the service explicitly enables them and configures a retention period.

When available, the contribution form asks you to confirm that you choose to share and that you have the right to provide those notes. Exclude other people’s personal information. Contributions are held for review, not automatically put into a training set or used to publish a new detector.

You can withdraw submitted correction notes from the tester portal. The correction payload is then deleted; a minimal deletion record may remain. Any future selected-video sharing requires a separate explanation and explicit opt-in before upload. It will also need a process for reviewing rights and protecting people visible or audible in the recording.

Browser storage and download access

The tester portal stores its account session token in this tab’s session storage. Sign out to revoke that session. One-time invitation and app activation codes are entered manually and do not appear in page addresses. The administration secret is held only in the owner page’s memory.

Requesting a download can set a short-lived, HttpOnly cookie that permits only that specific installer or source archive. This lets the browser download a large file without buffering it in page memory. It does not sign you in to other account functions. This site uses no advertising pixels, third-party fonts or analytics trackers.

Hosting, email and service providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, the Worker service, the D1 account database and private release storage when enabled. The TableReel D1 database is restricted to the European Union. This restriction applies to the database; website requests may still be processed on Cloudflare’s global network. Cloudflare receives ordinary connection information such as IP address and request metadata. Our application does not log request bodies or enable advertising or website analytics.

Support email sent to hello@tablereel.app is forwarded using Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Gmail mailbox, provided by Google. Email correspondence may contain your address, message and attachments. Do not send raw footage or other people’s personal information unless we have explicitly arranged an appropriate way to receive it. Support correspondence is reviewed for deletion within 180 days after the matter is resolved; this is a manual operator process, separate from database cleanup.

Cloudflare and Google may process some information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their applicable transfer protections are described in Cloudflare’s data processing terms and Google’s transfer frameworks, including adequacy arrangements and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us for information about the protections relevant to your request. Optional model-file downloads use the model host and disclose ordinary download-request information to that host; they do not upload your recording.

Invitation codes expire after seven days, app-pairing codes and download tickets after ten minutes, and account sessions after 30 days. Expired credential records are deleted during daily cleanup. Rate-limit counters derived from connection information expire after their short request window and are cleared daily. Provider recovery backups can retain deleted database records for up to 30 additional days; if a backup is restored, deletion and retention actions must be reapplied before the data is returned to use.

Contact, access and deletion requests

Email hello@tablereel.app to request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction of processing or portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional consent at any time without losing pilot access. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request and normally respond within one month. You can complain to Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

We can export your application/account, segment and feedback information and erase it from the active database. Deleting an account also removes its server authorization history and disables further sign-in; local project files stay on your computer and are managed there. No video or audio is collected for training in this pilot.

Platform status

Mac targets Apple Silicon computers running macOS 14 or later. The Windows build targets Windows 11 on Intel/AMD 64-bit computers and still needs native installation and export validation. A listed platform is not a guarantee that a download is ready. The tester portal uses the server’s current release-readiness status.

This page describes the pilot implementation. While the site is in local preview, requests and accounts are isolated test data and are not a live signup service.
